PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve high speed rotation of a magnet motor without demagnetizing the permanent magnet of the magnet motor irreversibly.
SOLUTION : A motor unit (7) comprises a motor (3) having a rare earth permanent magnet, and a motor drive (4) for setting the lead phase of motor current for a speed electromotive voltage generated by the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet not to cause irreversible demagnetization of the permanent magnet depending on the speed electromotive voltage of the motor (3) and the amount of magnetic flux of the permanent magnet and driving the motor (3) based on the lead phase.
