PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problems that, although cosmetic products and skin lotions come in direct contact with human skin and although there are many cosmetic products for sensitive skins made by using only naturally occurring materials, products focusing on water are rare among the currently available cosmetics, so many of the cosmetic products are poorly absorbed by some people and cannot moisturize their skins, and metal ions or impurities included in their moisture content sometimes induce skin troubles.
SOLUTION : A cosmetic obtained by adding ultrapure water and particularly specifying the content of the ultrapure water shows high penetrating power, is free of impurities and is thus useful for people with sensitive skins.
