PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a top-blowing lance for refining with which in the top-blowing lance separating a supplying course for oxygen-containing gas and a supplying course for iron oxide, even in the case of generating a broken hole on a steel tube for forming the iron oxide supplying course with the wear caused by contacting with the iron oxide, the material of the iron oxide, the mixture of the iron oxide to the oxygen-containing gas supplying course can be prevented.
SOLUTION : The above problem is solved with the top-blowing lance 1 provided with the iron oxide supplying course (the inner part of the most inner tube 8) for supplying the iron oxide together with gas for conveying and a buffering space (gap between the inner tube 7 and the most inner tube 8) arranged at the circumference of the iron oxide supplying course and existing gas of one or more kinds among the air, reducing gas, carbon-dioxide gas, non-oxidizing gas, rare gas, and an oxygen-containing gas supplying course (gap between the middle tube 6 and the inner tube 7) for supplying the oxygen-containing gas, arranged in the circumference of this buffering space.
