PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laser working device having a focusing optical system in which a chromatic aberration is corrected.
SOLUTION : There is provided the laser working device equipped with : a fiber having a core to which rare earth elements are added and a cladding portion surrounding the core; a cap having a first end face which is fusion-bonded to the core and the cladding portion at the end face of the fiber; an excitation light source emitting excitation light for exciting the rare earth elements; and a condenser lens for condensing a laser beam emitted from the excitation light and the excited rare earth elements to an image formation point on an optical axis passing through the center of the core. The laser working device is also characterized in that an image formation point of the laser beam is set to a position of the first end face, and an image formation point of the excitation light is set to a position of the end face of the cap at the opposite side of the first end face.
