A device of improving character of soil is provided to mix quicklime and the soil completely by mixing the soil and the quicklime after sprinkling the quicklime in acidity soil. A device of improving character of soil comprises a vibrating feeder(10), a calcium oxide scattering device(30), and a stirring device(40). The vibrating feeder adds vibration to the acidity soil and puts the acidity soil regularly in a conveyor. The calcium oxide scattering device sprinkles the quicklime of a predetermined amount on a top of the acidity soil moving by a conveyor. The stirring device mixes the acidity soil in which the quicklime is sprinkled. |
