PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a soft magnetic alloy having excellent soft magnetic property with achieving high saturation magnetic flux density and low coercive force, further small in secular change of the saturation magnetic flux density and small in secular change of the low coercive force.
SOLUTION : There is provided a soft magnetic alloy consisting of ((Fe(1-(α+β))X1αX2β)(1-(a+b+c))MaBbSic)1-dCd, wherein X1 is one or more kind selected from Co and Ni; X2 is one or more kind selected from Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi, N, O and rare earth elements; M is one or more kind selected from Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Ti, Mo, W and V; 0.030≤a≤0.15; 0.020
