PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ceramic member capable of suppressing embrittlement of metal lumps due to high temperature, and a manufacturing method of the same.
SOLUTION : In a ceramic member 10, metal lumps 13 electrically connected to electrodes 12 and electrodes 12 are buried in a ceramic sintered body, and part of the metal lumps 13 are exposed to the outside. The metal lumps 13 are made of a metal to which tungsten or molybdenum is doped with at least one additive selected from the group of potassium, oxides of rare earth elements, nitrides of rare earth elements, carbides of rare earth elements and borides of rare earth elements.
