PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To easily obtain rare metal information from a recovered electronic part or electronic device while keeping the rare metal information secret.
SOLUTION : An RFID chip 21 is installed to an electronic part or electronic device 40 with rare metal information being encrypted and retained therein. When the chip is recycled, the information of the RFID chip 21 is read by an RFID reader 62. When a decoding key K2 is stored in a storage part 67, the rare metal information is decoded using the stored decoding key K2. When no decoding key K2 is stored, authentication is performed between an information processing terminal 61 and a key management server 51, and when the authentication is successful, the rare metal information is decoded using a decoding key K2 transmitted from the key management server 51 to the information processing terminal 61. A regular recycle factory can easily obtain the rare metal information while keeping the rare metal information secret to the outside.
