A display device comprising : a glass substrate; and an aluminum alloy wiring film for electrically connecting a transparent conductive film to a thin film transistor, which is provided on the glass substrate, wherein the aluminum alloy wiring film has a layered structure composed of a first layer (X) comprising an aluminum alloy containing at least one element selected from a specific element group Q including Ni and Ag and at least one element selected from a specific element group R including a rare earth element and Mg in specified amounts and a second layer (Y) comprising an aluminum alloy having a lower electrical resistance than that of the first layer (X), and wherein the first layer (X) contacts directly with a transparent electrode film.© KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
