PURPOSE : A non-toxic tin-free and Cu2O-free antifouling paint is provided to ensure excellent storage property and on-the-spot workability as well as excellent antifouling property conventional copper dioxide containing hydrolysable paint for the bottom of a ship.CONSTITUTION : A non-toxic tin-free and Cu2O-free antifouling paint comprises paint 100.0 parts by weight, polyurethane modified urea 0.1~0.5 parts by weight as a stabilizer, and antifouling powder 3~6 parts by weight. The antifouling powder is formed by pulverizing monazite 26~36 weight%%, tourmaline 38~48 weight%% and rare earth 26~36 weight%%. The anti-fouling ship bottom paint further comprises at least one antifouling agent selected from the group consisting of pyridinetriphenylboron, dichlorophenyldimethylurea, and zinc pyrithion.?
