PURPOSE : A crushed vitreous material for bed soil and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the vermination and to remove odor in the air by mixing and crushing fluorite, barium carbonate and rare earth complex.CONSTITUTION : A crushed vitreous material for bed soil contains 70-80 parts of fluorite, 1-2 parts of barium carbonate, 0.002-0.005 part of cobalt, 0.4-1 part of arsenious acid, 1-3 parts of red lead, 6-8 parts of borax, 5-15 parts of soda lime and 3-5 parts of rare earth complex. A method for manufacturing the crushed vitreous material for bed soil comprises the following steps of : melting the mixture at a temperature range of 1400°C~1600°C(S20); fast-cooling the molten vitreous material in water(S30); and crushing the fast-cooled vitreous material using a pulverizer(S40). The rare earth complex consists of 20-40 parts of selenium, 20-30 parts of phosphorus and 40-50 parts of tungsten.? KIPO 2009 |
