PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thermosensitive transfer image receiving sheet, in which the missing of print after the outputting of images is rare, and in addition, the bleeding of images with time is rare under their highly dense state, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION : In the manufacturing method of the thermosensitive transfer image receiving sheet, which has at least one heat insulating layer and at least one receiving layer on a support under the condition that all the layers consisting of the ones between the heat insulating layer and the receiving layer are formed by a water borne coating system, in all the coating liquids ranging from the heat insulating layer to the receiving layer, at least lone kind of organic solvents is included in one coating time of a coating liquid and the content of organic solvents in the one coating time of all the coating liquids is ≥0.01 mass% and ≤10 mass% to the mass of the coating liquid in the one coating time.
