PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a tool for firing electronic parts having a partially melting joining material selectable from among many materials or mixtures corresponding to various conditions such as the firing temperature and composed of a single material or a mixture by improving a disadvantage that the range of choice in a partially melting joining material used in the conventional tool for firing the electronic part is relatively narrow. SOLUTION : As the partially melting joining material 15 added in a zirconia layer 12 formed on a base material 11, (1) aluminum oxide alone or alumina/magnesia based spinel multiple oxide alone, (2) a mixture of aluminum oxide with one or more kinds of metal oxides selected from rare earth metal oxides, transition metal oxides and alkaline earth metal oxides, (3) a mixture of two or more kind metal oxides selected from rare earth oxides, transition metal oxides and alkaline earth metal oxides, or (4) an alumina/magnesia based spinel type multiple oxide is used.
