PURPOSE : A nucleic acid is provided to quickly and simply diagnose whether leukemia exists or not regardless of leukemia types using by being used as a leukemia diagnosis marker.CONSTITUTION : A nucleic acid for leukemia diagnosis comprises base sequence of SEQ ID NO : 1 or complementary base sequence thereof or can be specifically coupled with the base sequence of SEQ ID NO : 1 or the complementary base sequence thereof. An oligonucleotide chip for leukemia diagnosis contains the nucleic acid for leukemia diagnosis. A method for diagnosing leukemia has a step of measuring existence of expression of RE-IIBP(response element-II binding protein) in monocyte of marrow or measuring existence of methylation of histone protein in the monocyte of marrow.© KIPO 2009 |
