PURPOSE : A processing method for electro chemical dissolution of super-alloy is provided that the rare high price metal can be disassembled to the cheap cost to electrochemical.CONSTITUTION : A processing method for electro chemical dissolution of super-alloy comprises the steps of : a step(3) for disassembling the super-alloy containing rhenium, tantalum, hafnium, platinum, chrome, molybdenum, tungsten, nickel and cobalt element electrochemically and producing the suspended material; a step(4) for filtering and washing the filter residue which contains a part rhenium and small amount of molybdenum, tantalum, hafnium and platinum element; a step(4.2) including nickel, cobalt, chrome, and aluminium element, a part rhenium and most of molybdenum in the filter liquor; a step for floating in the deionized water at utterly the filter residue for the next treatment; and a step disassembled with the oxidizing leaching with addition.© KIPO 2009 |
