PURPOSE : Provided is a method for manufacturing a pharmaceutical compound including macrolactin, which has high-powered antibacterial activity about gram positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis as well as gram negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli.CONSTITUTION : A method for manufacturing a macrolactin based compound comprises the following steps of : cultivating bacillus genus AH159-1 strain(KCTC 11199BP); extracting a mycelium and a culture fluid of the obtained strain by acetone and performing a re-extraction process by ethylacetate; and separating the obtained ethylacetate extract by silica gel column chromatography.© KIPO 2009 |
