PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production method with which application is easily and simply carried out by using a heat-fusing agent which has not conventionally existed so as to easily make the best use of a natural rare element mineral in all places.
SOLUTION : Natural rare element mineral granules of several microns are mixed with an adhesive (acrylic, water-soluble adhesive, etc.) and a substrate (fabric, nonwoven fabric, etc.) coated with a heat-fusing agent is processed with the mixture. The substrate is fused to a shirt, etc., by using a heat source such as an iron, etc. The characteristics of the natural rare element mineral are utilized to maximum.
