PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a health care instrument which can efficiently make effects of lines of magnetic force and infrared rays synergistic.
SOLUTION : This instrument utilizes the characteristics of a SmFe-N rare earth magnet which has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-oxidization ability with a high energy product and employs an organic resin bonded composite magnet which is produced by bonding and molding a mixed powder of a powder of the magnet and one or more kinds of infrared radiation material with an organic resin. As a result, an excellent molding workability and anti-corrosion ability are achieved and the thickness of a protective metal film is made thinner as much as possible to maximize the transmittance of radiation infrared rays intrinsic to the material, thereby accomplishing synergistic effects of the lines of magnetic force and infrared rays unavailable among the conventional type oxide composite magnets.
