PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminated ceramic electronic component which is equipped with a dielectric ceramic layer which is superior in permittivity, has small changes in permittivity with changes in temperature, deteriorates less in permittivity with time when a DC voltage is applied, has a high CR product, and a long accelerated service life for insulation resistance at high temperatures, when a high voltage is applied. SOLUTION : The composition of a dielectric ceramic layer 3, included in a laminated ceramic electronic component, is composed of a main component represented by a formula, ABO3 (A is Ba or Ba and Ca/Sr, B denotes Ti or Ti and Zr/Hf), and an auxiliary component which contains rare-earth elements R1 and R2 (R1 is larger than R2 in ion diameter). Provided that the concentration of R1 and R2 represented by M1 and M2 respectively, the dielectric ceramic layer 3 is so formed as to satisfy formulas M1/M2>1 at its center 14 and M1/M2<1 near an internal electrode 15. |
