PURPOSE : An organic/inorganic composite semiconductor material, an organic light emitting device using the semiconductor material, a liquid material, and a method for preparing the organic light emitting device by using the liquid material are provided to improve electron injection and electron transport property and to enhance luminous the efficiency land durability of the light emitting device.
CONSTITUTION : An organic/inorganic composite semiconductor material comprises a compound represented by the formula 1; and at least one metal ion selected from an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, and a rare earth metal ion, wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 have at least an aromatic group. The liquid material comprises a compound represented by the formula 1; at least one metal ion selected from an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, and a rare earth metal ion; and a solvent. Preferably the solvent is a protonic polar solvent.
