The invention refers to a process making it possible to decontaminate an aqueous ruthenium effluent, etnotamment an aqueous effluent charged in a plurality with radionuclides among which ruthenium is. This process includes/understands : a) addition with the effluent of an aqueous suspension containing cobalt a stable sulphide precipitate; puisb) the filtration of the effluent to separate its solid phase from its liquid phase. Applications : reprocessing of irradiated nuclear fuels, depollution of any type of effluent aqueuxcontenant of ruthenium like those generated during the treatment of rare earth ores. |
