简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for preparing a multi-component alloy onto a substrate which is minute and of a complicated shape by a molten salt eletrolysis. SOLUTION : The molten salt electrolysis is performed in an electrolytic bath containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of actinoid compounds and rare earth compounds, by using a substrate containing at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co and Ni as a cathode. Or the molten salt electrolysis is performed in an electrolytic bath containing at least one kind selected from the group consisting of AB, AB2, AB3, AB5, A2B7, A2B17, A3B, A4B13, and A5B23 (where As are either same or different and denote actinoid compounds and rare earth compounds and Bs are either same or different and denote Fe, Co, or Ni).
