PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for producing a rare earth sintered magnet capable of improving the dimensional precision in a compact and improving productivity using granules having excellent fluidity.
SOLUTION : The method for producing a granule includes : a step where a first organic liquid 2 is added to alloy grains 1 having a prescribed composition, and they are mixed, so as to be a granule precursor 100; and a step where a second organic liquid 3 having a saturation vapor pressure lower than that of the first organic liquid 2 is added to the granule precursor 100, so as to be a granule 200. By differentiating the addition timing between the first organic liquid 2 and the second organic liquid 3, the previously added first organic liquid 2 is present mainly at the inside of the granule 200, and the second organic liquid 3 added afterwards is present mainly on the surface of the granule 200.
