PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing a rare-earth sintered magnet for improving productivity through improvement in dimensional accuracy of a molded product and improvement in strength of the molded product by using granules having excellent flowability.
SOLUTION : The method of manufacturing the rare-earth sintered magnet is provided with a step in which the granules are obtained by mixing a composition including a material alloy powder of a prescribed composition, strength improving aids composed of a metal powder, and an organic liquid; a step for obtaining the molded product by subjecting the granules to compression molding; and a step for sintering the molded product. The molded-product strength is improved if molding is performed on the granules obtained by adding the strength improving aids composed of a metal powder at prescribed timing.
