PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition which exhibits a high piezoelectric distortion, when Cu is used for the conductive material of an internal electrode. SOLUTION : The piezoelectric ceramic composition comprises a complex oxide expressed by (Pba-bMib)[(Zn1/3Nb2/3)xTiyZrz]O3(wherein, 0.96≤a≤1.03; 0≤b≤0.1; 0.05≤x≤0.15; 0.25≤y≤0.5; 0.35≤z≤0.6; x+y+z=1; Mi is at least one kind selected from among Sr, Ca and Ba) as the main ingredient, at least one kind selected from among Co, Mg, Ni and Ga as a first auxiliary ingredient in an amount of ≤0.5 wt.% on an oxide basis (0 is excluded), and a rare earth metal element as a second auxiliary ingredient in an amount of ≤0.15 wt.% on an oxide basis (0 is excluded) and Ag as a third auxiliary ingredient in an amount of ≤0.35 wt.% on Ag2O basis (0 is excluded) to the main ingredient respectively.
