简介 FIELD : technological processes. SUBSTANCE : invention discloses the catalyst production method and the unsaturated nitrile production method. Catalyst for use in the propane gas-phase catalytic ammoxidation reaction production method is described, wherein, this method consists of : the preparatory stage of the source material dissolution or dispersion for the prepared liquid source material production; the prepared liquid source material drying first drying stage for the dried material production; dried material annealing calcining stage to produce the composite oxide represented by the following formula Mo1VaNbbAcXdZeOn (1), where A represents at least one element selected from the group comprising Sb and Te; X represents at least one element selected from the group, consisting of W, Bi, Mn and Ti; and Z is at least one element selected from the group consisting of La, Ce, Pr, Yb, Y and Sc; and a, b, c, d, e and n are the ratios of the numbers of atoms of the corresponding to the elements in calculation per Mo atom, and 0.01 ≤ a ≤ 1.00, 0.01 ≤ b ≤ 1.00, 0.01 ≤ c ≤ 1.00, 0.00 ≤ d ≤ 1.00 and 0.00 ≤ e ≤ 1.00, and n is the value determined by the composite oxide constituent elements atoms valences; impregnating stage of the composite oxide impregnation with solution, containing at least one specified element selected from the group consisting of tungsten, molybdenum, tellurium, niobium, vanadium, bismuth, manganese, antimony, phosphorus and rare earth elements, to obtain the impregnated complex oxide; and the second drying stage for the impregnated composite oxide drying, in which at least one stage from the impregnating stage and the second drying stage is the complex oxide impregnation stage or the impregnated complex oxide drying in the mixing process with the mixing power per composite oxide unit volume, given the following formula Pv (kW/m3) = P (kW) / V (m3) (2), where Pv is the mixer power per composite oxide unit volume (kW/m3); P is the rotating blade drive motor electrical power (kW); and V is the placed into mixer composite oxide volume (m3); and Pv is 0.001 ≤ Pv ≤ 300.
