PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To form a second intermediate layer and a YBCO superconducting layer having a superior characteristic on a first intermediate layer on a board having a superior surface smoothness.SOLUTION : On the surface of a bi-axially orientated Ni-W alloy tape-state substrate 1, an Ag stabilized layer 5 is film-formed on a first intermediate layer 2 consisting of A2Zr207 having a surface smoothness of 5 nm or less which is film-formed by a repeated number of applications and calcinations by MOD method, a second intermediate layer 3 consisting of a CeO2 membrane which is film-formed by a pulse vapor deposition method, a YBCO superconducting layer 4 formed by MOD method, and this YBCO superconducting layer, and the YBCO superconductor 10 is manufactured having a critical current density (Jc) of 1 MA/cm2 or more.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT |
