PURPOSE : A flux cored wire for electro gas arc welding is provided to maintain stable low temperature toughness although a high heat input is added to the flux cored wire.
CONSTITUTION : A flux cored wire(100) for electro gas arc welding is characterized in that 0.01 to 0.50 wt.%% of a rare earth metal oxide is added to a flux(110) based on the total weight, and 0.3 to 2.0 wt.%% of metal oxide, 0.1 to 2.0 wt.%% of metal fluoride, 1.0 to 2.0 wt.%% of manganese(Mn), 0.1 to 0.5 wt.%% of silicon(Si), 1.0 to 3.0 wt.%% of nickel(Ni), 0.01 to 0.10 wt.%% of titanium(Ti) and 0.001 to 0.008 wt.%% of boron are additionally added to the flux based on the total weight. The rare earth metal oxide includes at least one selected from the group consisting of cerium, lanthanum, neodymium, praseodymium, and yttrium. The metal oxide includes at least one selected from sodium carbonate(Na2CO3), magnesium carbonate(MgCO3), and calcium carbonate(CaCO3).
