PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the structure of a rotor core 2, to provide a motor by which a large rotative drive force can be obtained, and to improve the blanking of a core material, in a rotor of the motor constituted by comprising : the rotor core 2 formed by laminating electromagnetic steel sheets; a plurality of permanent magnets 3 composed of rare earth disposed along the axial direction of the rotor core 2, and a synthetic resin 5 that is integrally molded to the rotor core 2 so as to embed the permanent magnets 3 therein.
SOLUTION : In the rotor core 2, magnetic pole pieces 14 disposed so as to be protruded at the rotor side of the permanent magnets 3 are separated form a body of the rotor core 2 in all, and an induction voltage is increased by suppressing the leak of magnetic flux, thus constituting the magnetic pole pieces at the inside diameter side of the rotor core.
