PURPOSE : A vacuum pair glass is provided to improve thermal efficiency, sound-resistance and insulation of the glass because of rare air by fabricating a check valve as a single directional air outlet at one side having a spacer between outer face of the vacuum glass.
CONSTITUTION : The sealed insulating glass(1) is sealed by a spacer(3) between two glasses and comprises a check valve(5) at one side of the spacer and a lattice for inter-supporting a space between the glasses. The sealed insulating glass maintains a space between the glasses to be under the vacuum condition through the check valve by using an external vacuum pump. The lattice(100) is made of wood or plastic material and has a specific arrangement in a geometric form such as a variety of shapes and symbols to support between the glasses. Vacuum level of the glass ranges from 760 Torr to 10^(-7) Torr. The insulating glass further includes additional glass and another spacer to become triple or quadruple glasses.
