SUBSTANCE : the invention is pertaining to the method for production of some kind of the raw material, which may be used for production of the glass. The technical problem of the invention is the decreased power input for realization of the method and the improved environmental protection of the production process. The compounds made on the basis of one or several silicates of the alkaline metals and/or the alkaline-earth metals and-or the rare-earth metals, possibly in the form of the mixed silicates containing at least two indicated elements are produced by reaction of transformation of the halogenides of the indicated metals into the corresponding sulfates in the reactor. Further the method provides for the reaction of the transformation of the indicated sulfates at presence of the silica into the corresponding silicates. At that the necessary for this transformation in-flow of the heat is provided at least partially by the reaction of combustion with usage of one or several submersed burners.
EFFECT : the invention ensures the decreased power input for realization of the method, the improved environmental protection of the production process.
