简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a nonoriented magnetic steel sheet having adequate workability due to a small size of crystal grains before stress relief annealing, and having excellent iron loss due to large growth of the crystal grains during the stress relief annealing, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION : The nonoriented magnetic steel sheet with low iron loss and excellent workability comprises, by mass%, 0.010% or less C, 0.1%-4% Si, 0.1%-4% Al, 0.1%-1.5% Mn, 0.7<=Si+Mn+Al<=5.0%, 0.0040% or less S, 0.0040% or less Ti, one or more of Mg, Ca and REM (rare earth metals), of 0.0005%-0.0020%, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities, and a manufacturing method for the same is disclosed.
