简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a perovskite-type fluorescent material produced by using an oxide of an alkaline earth metal and tin as a fluorescent matrix. SOLUTION : The inorganic oxide fluorescent material is produced by adding a rare earth element and/or a transition metal element to a matrix composed of an oxide of an alkaline earth metal and tin and expressed by ASnO3 or An+1SnnO3n+1 (A is one or more alkaline earth metal elements selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba; and n is 1 or 2). The rare earth element is preferably La, Ce, Pr, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er or Tm, and the transition metal element is preferably Ti. The combined use of Eu and Ti is also preferable.
