PURPOSE : A hydraulic vibration type equipment for dehydrating earth and sand sludge which is constructed in a simple structure and is excellent in the dehydration ratio is provided.
CONSTITUTION : A hydraulic vibration type equipment(100) for dehydrating earth and sand sludge comprises : an outer casing(110), a stacking box(120), a hydraulic vibrator(130), a drain part(140), and a rail part(150). The outer casing has a space part(111) formed therein so that the stacking box is inserted into the space part, an extraction port(113) formed at one side thereof to extract the stacking box, a plurality of drain ports(115) formed on four corners of a lower part thereof to drain water to the outside of the outer casing, and a supporting frame(117) formed at one side of an upper part thereof to support the hydraulic cylinder. The stacking box has a stacking space(121) formed therein to stack the earth and sand sludge, and a bent drainpipe(141) installed at an inner side thereof such that the bent drainpipe is in communication with a drain hole(142) formed in a sidewall of the stacking box. The hydraulic vibrator is connected to the stacking box through a vibration transmitting bar(131) to transmit micro-vibration to the stacking box. The drain part comprises the bent drainpipe, a movable drainpipe(143), a connecting member, and a hydraulic cylinder(145). The rail part comprises a pair of lower rails(151), a plurality of first rollers(153), a pair of side rails(155), and a plurality of second rollers(157).
