简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth sintered magnet where residual magnetic flux density is improved much more than the case where Al and Cu are added while coercive force equal to that when Al and Cu are added is displayed. SOLUTION : In the manufacturing method of the rare earth sintered magnet, rare earth magnet alloy powder contains : 12.0 atomic% to 15.0 atomic% of a rare earth element (which is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Nd, Pr, Gd, Tb, Dy and Ho, and contains Nd and/or Pr in an amount of 50% or more); 5.5 atomic% to 8.5 atomic% of boron (B), iron (Fe); and inevitable impurities in a remaining part. Alloy powder is prepared to which lubricant is added. Lubricant containing aliphatic carboxylic acid silver salt or aromatic carboxylic acid silver salt, is added to alloy powder, and a compact is manufactured and sintered.
