PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve the efficiency and an output of a single-phase permanent magnet motor in compliance with a specification required for the inexpensive and compact motor.
SOLUTION : The single-phase permanent magnet motor employs a rare earth sintered magnetic field magnet 3 with the conductivity of 1.0×105 or less, and drastically reduces an eddy current loss. A motor structure uses a dust core as a stator core 2, and has a high resistance. The efficiency and the output of the single-phase motor driven at high frequency can be improved.
