简介 An R-Fe-B system sinter magnet and the manufacturing method thereof. In the process, it employs an oxygen-free process under the protection of the inert gas or N2 gas, so as to control the amount of oxygen in the magnet in a range of 100-900 ppm, and control the amount of hydrogen to less than 10 ppm. As a result, it obtains a high quality sinter R-Fe-B magnet with excellent uniformity. Because the total amount of the rare earth in the magnet is not more than 32 wt%, the consume of the expensive metal is decreased, in particular, the consume of the weight rare earth is decreased by about 30%, and the economic benefit is remarkable. With the method of the present invention, it is easy to produce a high quality R-Fe-B system magnet with BH max ≥50MGOe, a high quality R-Fe-B system magnet with jHc ≥ 35kOe, and a high quality R-Fe-B system magnet with [(BH)max]+[jHc]=66-75.
