PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain the advantage in health to a person engaged in cooking or persons having a meal sitting around a cooking pot.SOLUTION : Radium ore 12 is added to the principal raw material 11 of the cooking pot 10 (claim 1). Preferably the principal raw material of the cooking pot is metal (claim 2). When radium ore is added to the principal raw material of the cooking pot, radon (Rn : atomic number 86) which is a kind of rare gas semi-eternally emitted from radium ore is sucked into the body by a person near the cooking pot directly or through the respiratory system together with steam generated from the cooking pot during cooking using the cooking pot or while having a meal sitting around the cooking pot.
