PROCESS FOR Preparation OF CATALYSERS is described a process for preparation of catalysers that follows the following stages : - treatment of oxide, nitric acid aluminum hidróxido, salt or other sources with reducing the size of particles; - dilution with water of oxide, aluminum hidróxido, salt or sources; - addition of acid fosfórico to oxide, diluted aluminum hidróxido, salt or source; - preparation of a solution in watery way of one mixture of sulfuric acid sodium silicate and; - addition of the watery solution prepared in the previous item to the mixture of acid fosfórico and oxide, hidróxido, salt or source of aluminum previously prepared; - addition of the clay without previous calcination; - addition of the zeolite stabilized with or without rare lands; - addition of other functional ingredients; e - drying in “spray-dryer” with temperatures understood in a band of temperatures between 120°C and 450 C, without final calcination of the product. |
