PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an organic light emitting element which is excellent in the light emitting efficiency and durability, to provide a method which can productively manufacture such an organic light emitting element, and to provide a reliable light emitting device and a reliable electronic apparatus which have such an organic light emitting element.SOLUTION : The light emitting element 1 is constructed to laminate an anode 3, and a cathode 7; and further a hole transporting layer 4, light emitting layer 5, and electron transporting layer 6 between the anode 3 and cathode 7 in this order from the side of the anode 3. The electron transporting layer 6 is composed of an electron-transportable organic compound which contains at least one of elements having an unshared electron pair; and a material which contains at least one kind of metal ion among an alkali metal ion, an alkali earth metal ion, and a rare earth metal ion, as a main material.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT |
