PURPOSE : An organic light-emitting device, a method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting device, a light-emitting display and an electronic apparatus are provided to improve an electron transport property of an electron transport layer and durability of the organic light-emitting device by mixing alkali metal, alkali earth metal or rare earth metal as a metal ion in the electron transport layer.
CONSTITUTION : An anode(3) is included in an organic light-emitting device. An organic light-emitting layer(5) is installed on one side of the anode(3). An electron transport layer(6) is installed on the organic light-emitting layer(5). A cathode(7) is installed on an opposite side to the organic light-emitting layer(5) of the electron transport layer(6). The electron transport layer(6) is made of an organic compound including at least one element having a non-covalent electron pair and a material including at least one of a rare earth metal, an alkali earth metal ion, and an alkali metal ion.
