PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a rare earth thin film magnet combining an infrared light source and an intensified permanent magnet which can be available in the market. SOLUTION : In the manufacturing method of rare earth thin film magnet, crystallization is realized by conducting the heat treatment (by light irradiation or heating by heater using an electric furnace) during application of a magnetic field in the stage of crystallizing a rare earth compound formed in the shape of amorphous thin film with the heat treatment.
