Realized are an information identification device, an information identification method and an information identification system, which can keep high security levels and which can be used for a long time without any restriction on using conditions. An ID identification system (1) comprises an ID identifying medium (2) containing a rare earth complex, and an ID identification device (3) for identifying the information identification corresponding to the rare earth complex. The ID identification device (3) includes a light source (5) for irradiating the ID identifying medium (2) containing the rare earth complex, with an excited light, a measurement unit (6) for receiving the light emitted from the ID identifying medium (2), to measure the spectral intensity of that light, an operation unit (8) for calculating the ratio of the spectral intensities, as measured, of a plurality of different wavelengths, and an identification unit (9) for identifying the identification information corresponding to the calculated ratio. |
