Provided are an anion adhesive that contains no formalin, emits a large amount of anions, has excellent sterilizing, antibacterial, and deodorant effects, and thus improves a residential environment, and a preparation thereof. The anion adhesive comprises 50-83wt% of water, 3-15wt% of polyvinylalcohol, 6-25wt% of vinylacetate monomers(VAM), 5-10wt% of starch, 0.01-0.1wt% of a catalyst, and an anion-emitting material. The anion-emitting material is any one selected from nanoceramic colloids, rare-earth lanthanum powders, and rare-earth cerium powders. The nanoceramic powder is added in an amount of 1-10wt%, the rare-earth lanthanum powder and the rare-earth cerium powder are added in an amount of 1-15wt%. |
