PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an Ag alloy reflective film for an optical information recording medium in which laser marking can be easily performed in the reproduction-only optical disk, the optical information recording medium equipped with this reflective film, and a sputtering target for forming this reflective film.
SOLUTION : (1) The Ag alloy reflective film for the optical information recording medium used for the optical information recording medium contains the Ag as a principal component, one or more sorts of rare earth elements of 1-10 atm.% in total, and one or more sorts of In, Sn, Al, and Mg of 1-15 atm.% in the total, wherein the total amount of both the contained amount of one or more sorts of the rare earth elements and the contained amount of one or more sorts of the In, Sn, Al, and Mg is 5 or more atm.%. (2) In the Ag alloy reflective film, one or more sorts of Bi, Sb is contained with 0.01-3 atm.%. (3) The sputtering target made from the Ag alloy, and the like, having the same composition as the Ag alloy reflective film in the above (1).
