简介 PURPOSE : A multifunctional additive for maximizing properties related with the fluid catalytic cracking process is provided to maximize the yield of light olefins and LPG, maximize a tolerance to contaminant metals and minimize costs associated with including two additives in the reaction system by using a zeolite treated with a phosphorus source, calcined and impregnated with rare earth salts. CONSTITUTION : As a multifunctional additive for maximizing properties related with the fluid catalytic cracking process, which is designed to maximize the yield of light olefins and LPG, maximize a tolerance to contaminant metals such as vanadium, and produced by microspheres prepared through addition, mixing and drying using a "spray dryer" of the following constituents comprising : a peptized aluminum formed by treatment with nitric acid; a clay; commercial colloidal silica or synthesized silica; a zeolite ZSM-5; and phosphoric acid, the multifunctional additive is characterized in that the microspheres are calcined and impregnated with rare earth salts. As a method for preparing a multifunctional additive for maximizing properties related with the fluid catalytic cracking process and maximizing the yield of light olefins and LPG, and a tolerance to contaminant metals such as vanadium, produced by microspheres properly prepared, the method comprises the steps of : preparing a precursor containing a zeolite that is optional to olefins by using a phosphorus source; introducing the phosphorus source into the precursor; depositing rare earth salts on the surface of the additive to maximize the yield of light olefins and LPG that are formed; and drying a multifunctional additive formed. © KIPO 2007
