Provided is a paint composition for the prevention of dew condensation and the heat insulation which is excellent in corrosion resistance, antibacterial effect, sterilizing effect and far infrared rays-radiating property. The paint composition comprises 10-30 wt% of an inorganic resin powder; 30-45 wt% of a ceramic powder selected from the group consisting of perlite, zeolite, hollow ceramic, silicon oxide and their mixture; 5-15 wt% of a functional pigment selected from the group consisting of jade, yellow soil, volcanic ash, titanium dioxide nanoparticle, rare earth and their mixture; 1-5 wt% of anatase titanium dioxide; and 3-5 wt% of a powder additive. Preferably the inorganic resin powder is a vinyl acetate-based re-emulsified resin powder; and the titanium dioxide nanoparticle has an average diameter of 7 nm. |
