简介 PURPOSE : Provided is a silicate-based phosphor for UV ray or long-wavelength light excitation, which is amenable to heat treatment at low temperature with no need for a separate solvent for reducing the firing temperature, shows excellent light emitting property, and is useful for diodes or LCDs. CONSTITUTION : The phosphor for UV ray or long-wavelength light excitation is represented by the formula of (Sr1-x-y-zAxBanZny)3SiO5 : Rez and has a color coordination corresponding to x=0.50-0.64 and y=0.38-0.51. In the above formula, Z represents an alkaline earth metal including Ca, Mg or a combination thereof; Re represents a rare earth metal element; x ranges from 0 to 0.5; y is greater than 0 and equal to or less than 0.5; z is greater than 0 and less than 0.2; and n is greater than 0 and equal to or less than 1. © KIPO 2007
