PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a motor where large torque can be obtained by reforming the structure of a stator core 2, in the rotor of a motor which has a rotor core 2 where electromagnetic steel plates are stacked, a plurality of permanent magnets 3 which are made of rare earth arranged in the circumferential direction of this rotor core 2, and a synthetic resin part 5 which is molded integrally to bury the rotor core 2 and the permanent magnet 3.
SOLUTION : In the rotor core 2, magnetic pole pieces 14 arranged to be convex on the side of the rotor from the permanent magnet 3 are all separated from the main body of the rotor core 2, whereby the leakage of the magnetic flux is suppressed to increase induced voltage.
