PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a disposal method for harmful substance molecules which enables the decomposition of dioxins without requiring a high temperature, and enables the treatment of both of dioxins and heavy metals at the same time.
SOLUTION : A substance containing a rare earth atom having an electric charge which is sufficient for cutting off the chemical bonding between atoms of harmful substance molecules is brought closer to the harmful substance molecules which remain stably bonded in a powder. Thus, target atoms which should be decomposed are uncoupled from the harmful substance molecules which remain stably bonded, and the target atoms are ionized.
